The Mira Classic is just about done bar wheels and a hit with the stick, so I'll have to think about the Avanzato which is going to be a "MEGA PROJECT". £400 Respray of some blemishes, remove a dent in the door, treat and respray all arches, engine out and treat and respray all engine bay £500 Japanese front bumper and foglights (I know, but it absolutely transforms the looks) £200 ECU and Injectors £300 Full exhaust, downpipe £1000 for KC Technica GTS full suspension system £1000 for a set of gunmetal grey 13" Watanabe RS-8s £600 for strengthened engine internals Put that with my new special works turbo and intercooler and it should give me about 150hp before it goes sideways into a tree with 4 wheels spinning then bursts into flames.

ohhh 104zs that sounds like an excellent idea. Yes sounds good and you'd have thought it would be easy too but it basicaly involves welding the front of a 205 Gti onto the 104 and bolting the 104 outer wings back on to disguise it all, backs easier but not by much!

4K was the figure I worked too when I bought my BMW, £1300 for the car, £1700 for the LPG and up to around a grand now for the 540 V8 brake conversion, tidying up the bodywork, new tyres, harnesses and generall stoof... It's a good figure to work too.
5K still makes my nose bleed when used in relation to a car.

Either of my cars could swallow £4K just on restoration If I had to choose which one gets the funds, then it's the tank, for sentimental reasons (been in the family for 12 1/2 years & about 80,000 miles)

£4k.. hmm
rigtht option one, turn my first e30 into a drifty monster, cage, coilovers, some form of racey 4cyl engine.
option 2... spend it on the supra, freshen up engine, cage, some decent suspension..pimpy wheels.
or bonus option 3 which is spend £2k on each.
i dunno its hard for me, i don't think about stuff like that too much as i wouldnt spend that much on one of my cars unless i was thoroughly loaded.
cos options one and 2 will happenn, but through the mystical ways of the traveller wheeler dealer, instead of just working saving and spending. thats no fun.
