hey guys, not posted for a while Just wondered if there was anyone near west lothian/edinburgh that would be up for doing a few jobs on my hillman imp so I have a chance of getting out for passing my test? I need inner and outer arches welded in on both sides at the rear, some metal shaped and welded in on the lower rear quarters, same on the scuttle panel, and around where the windscreen in. Also need a small plate put in right at the front of passengers sill. If anyone can help please post in here or PM me really appreciated any help, regards, Keyring

I'd luv to help out mate as I too have a Hillman Imp and I have just been welding another car up to get thru an Mot and its a worrying time.
I'm a bit far away tho and short of time. Is your car a daily driver or will this be its 1st MoT in years?
The reason I ask is that the MoT guys don't care what it looks like so any patch over rust will often let you continue enjoying using your car however if you are doing a resto you probably want it to look good and this takes a lot longer.
If you need inner and outer sills that could take weeks to do well or days to do badly.
Any pics?
