just watching the 80s BEST TV MOMENTS. and no.1 was the whole hurricane off the south coast despite the dude saying there wasn't gonna be one.
ANYWAY, more imporantly, they showed some news clip,
WIDE ARCH MK2 ESCORT! ;D
Maxi with a hedge on it
an escort van with a tree on it
and a shot of a bumper to bumper pile up on a motorway- you just gon't get better.
also showed a clip of Brookie and on one of the drives was an Austin Princess
WELL WORTH WATCHING

When Anna Friel was in Brookside she drove about in a Imp. ;D I think it was her anyway.
I like watching the stuff on UK gold for retro car spotting. Programmes like Open all hours have some great stuff in the street outside the shop.

I was watching something the other night and the presenter was in Egypt, riding in a Peugeot 404 taxi .... but I noticed (and explained to my O/H) it had a 504 style steering wheel..... I hereby confess to being very, very sad...... ;D

... the only injury I sustained was a bumped head when I let the seatbelt of without realizing the car was upside down and that's not really the car's fault.
