The wheels and tyres rather give the game away. Put it on some polished wire wheels and it'd be perfect! Absolutely hilarious fun to drive, I'll bet. And better looking than a lot of hot rods.

The wheels and tyres rather give the game away. Put it on some polished wire wheels and it'd be perfect! TDs came from the factory with steels and those hubcaps, so the look is already pretty much factory stock

Thats special, not sure ive seen something quite like that before. As much as I like the steels, I agree that wires would just look proper.

I'm going to blame it on the fact that it's morning and my first cuppa hasn't kicked in yet but when I first saw the photos I thought 'why has he put those silly looking wheels on it?'. Then all was revealed. Nice idea and I reckon a lot of fun.

I love it. I'd wear goggles and a flying jacket & hat to drive it.......because you'd need them.

I'd be considering a tyre change on the front, but I bet that wouldn't help drivability.
