I'm after a set of 15" 5x114.3 wheels for my winter tyres. All I can see on ebay is single wheels for about 50 each. There is a multitude of cars that could supply a wheel to fit. Offset et50 is ideal but can work with about 10mm either way. Am I tight or is 200 the going rate for a set of 4 rusty old steels these days?

Can't find a pic at the moment, they are a nice chunky 5 spoke design so suited the silver car well

I used to run my 1.9tdi galaxy on Audi A4 B6 sport wheels. 7.5j x 17. They filled the arches nicely. The offset on original wheels sit in far too much.

When I drive dad's Model A I worry about other road users not understanding my lack of speed, brakes and why I leave a huge gap in front. So far people seem to be understanding. If I have the kids in the car or are doing a longer run we always run with a car in front and a car behind. At least that way I know I'm a bit safer

So basically some bloke has spent years collecting e24 BMWs and MGBs amongst other cars. Hes passed away and cars have been sold with the land? Or something similar. That's one hell of a collection tho

My vrm system at work can bring up reg plates related to Vin numbers on modern stuff. I can try get details from there if it helps? I don't know what that means. VRM? Vehicle Registration Mark I can search for cars with either a number plate or a Vin number. It give dates of manufacture, change of ownership dates etc. It's not great with older cars put I can try search if it would help? Tom

I have found the parking stick from mums old Nissan Figaro and as its not needed I want to sell it. They sell on ebay for between 100 and 300. Has anyone on here got a figaro and need a parking stick? As far as I'm aware I have the stick, in good condition and the mounting bracket. Don't want to entertain ebay if possible as the time wasters seem to congregate there, would prefer to sell on here I'll post pics tomorrow Tom

Full set of glass from a GTE16v I broke for my 20xe nova. Not all matching etchings. Collection only from Newport Pagnell Need them gone. Don't want to scrap them. Don't want to sell to someone who will sell on for profit. 'buyer' is free to organise courier etc.

Any pics required I can post or send. I think I have pics of all problem areas. It's not rotten but needs some hours spent on it. Plus paint. Plus tidying inside. I wish I had a garage and the time

We camped at Monster Truck Nationals and boys loved it ( 3yo identical boys) we have ear defenders and was definitely planning on flame and thunder. I definitely want to make a point of going Pod as I know there is already talk of housing developments nearby. Its a sad state when you can buy a house next to a drag strip, yet complain that people race cars there. Back to OP. Why only 1/8 mile? Is that to allow closer gearing? Never understood running so much power for shorter races. Always assumed 1/4 mile was the yard stick
