The Jags are a great call. VIP's need to be a long & lowish saloon with a good amount of grunt to pull the weight in addition to being top spec to start with. Personally, a 4 & 6 pot just don't cut it for the VIP scene. This could work if it could be dropped a fair bit:

I trust all is well with your truck and the family, note the priority placement of interest. From what I recall you relocated it as well this year. Yup Grizz, drove it successfully up to Scotland with no issues apart from my ears! Got so much planned for it mechanically I don't know where to start lol!! Once I feel I'm on top of the house renovations, the chevy will get plenty love There is of course the question of securing a decent workshop as well as I'm getting too cold/old to be lying around!

Yup, the year is virtually finished with probably just a modest improvement over 2019 with the commencement of a few shows, pub meets etc. For me it was crazy busy trying to make a 1825 cottage livable although it's far far from complete! Because of this, the toys really took a back seat with my ol 92 Chevy having virtually nothing done to the poor thing this year. I keep promising myself that come summer, most of the big housy jobs will be done and should result in a few spare hours being spent spannering again-hopefully! Here's the old girl & don't be fooled, it had a sprinkle of scottish water making it shine a bit

I had a steel single garage put up a few years back with a double skin roof. The wall's and door were lined with cheap polystyrene sheets and a small home made log burner fitted. There were odd times over the 5 years I would get a misting on some tools when very cold but never had drips coming from the roof. That worked for me as a workshop! (The entry concrete was eventually sorted)

I had to really think about this one as my heart is definitely with the yanks I have owned but removing the emotion and being honest with myself, it has to be 99 LS400. Absolutely classy without the "in your face" image of it's germanic counterparts of that era. Hand on heart the best cruiser I have driven!

This bloody piece of british engineering!!! Bought it knowing it had plenty spent on it, only 81000 miles and in general good condition. Within six months of less than 1000 miles, the brake calipers needed replacing, new tyres as I did'nt spot how perished they were, cooling issues and then the auto box said goodbye. I was warned not to go down the RR route but ignored the advice and as a result was a tidy sum of dosh lighter! Yes, I hate these overated turds!

Lucious! Love old Ranchero's and somehow think just the name sounds awesome. Reminds me of Texas steaks and pints of ice cold lager
