have u tried changing the header tank cap, they can cause varying issues if they arnt working properly.
ive known a few people change head gaskets on vw's only find it was just a dodgy cap.

some have 45m wide struts and others 51mm wide so use different inserts.
If its the cheapeo e30 kits they arnt proper coilovers they are basically a sleave u put over the strut, and they don't give much adjustability. They basically will only lower the same amount as shock and spring kit but are more expensive.
iirc cabs have 51mm inserts, search cab and strut size on google and it should give plenty of results.

you will have to read his policy details, most companies say the car must already be insured by the owner, but not all do, some he will be able to drive it.
if its only a mile sure;y local with a truck will do it for £10 - £20

everything from a rwd version bolts straight on which is the easiets option, only one issue is the crank oil seal plate doesot n have the same number of holes when swapping, ive heard ppl jut using the 2 that line up, when i did it i just drilled and tapped third hole.
this was using a mondeo td engine replacing a broken sierra p100 td engine.

my cheap 5+ year old draper flare kit re-flares original steel pipes no problem, Done it loads never had a problem. Interesting! I always assumed that steel would be too hard. i find if ya careful its fine, go too fast and it you cn end up with a curse word flare.

only problem with doing those would be the bends in them as them need to have a good few inches of straight to use the tool.

if your not bothered about having a rubbish lpg fuel gauge and switch, you could really simply wire it to a single switch to turn petrol off and gas on, using a 5pin relay.
basically it goes, Tank - solenoid/filter - vapouriser (eg omvl r90) - pipe with a power valve (basically a screw valve to control gas) - twin mixers/venturi.
personally i wouldnt bother with any closed loop lambda system, my experience is they are just curse word, id buy a lc-1 wideband instead thn you can see exactly whats happening all off the time.
Lpg forum is decent, they are some very knowledgeable chaps on it, once you get the basics its really simple just takes abit of reading, but well worth it.

my advice would be get a omvl r90 vapouriser, they are simply the best and easiest to tune, run an open loop system with a venturi for each carb or one depeding on the air intake setup.
not sure what year landy your on about but if it has hardly any electrics u can simply use on off switches and relays to turn the gas on/off.
Dunno what kinda of fuel pump your running, if its electric can turn it off with a relay if manual you my need to convert to electric or use an electric shut off valve.
Id also get a wideband lambda and gauge so you can set it up spot on.
ive intalled a few second hand kits to my older cars and they have all been done for under £100 including buying new pipe, the newish poly pipe make it even easier too.

people can be paid in cash still however thy have to have the appropriate license which allows this, which has to be applied for and granted, you cant just turn up and say I don't live anywhere and get cash payment. Where you get that from ?? We got all the 'gumph' at work ..... clearly states no cash payment for scrap metals. And being a waste transfer station and skip hire company we have all licenses we cannot deal in cash in anyway whatsoever with the local scrapyards. Straight from the clause in the statute. the law reforms has a clause allowing itinerant traders to still be paid in cash, loads of articles about it, they have to be registered with th local authority to gain this exemption though.

its often handy to pop some clear fuel pipe in places to narrow down the air leak, ie pre fiter, after filter and any other areas before the pump.
