Scudo, Dispatch etc have that pcd. Where are you, I may have one. Why not though, just take the wheels off at the scrappies. Saves a lot of messing about.

I'll have a look in my glass shelf tomorrow as we did strip some Fiestas back in the day. If it's any help, Mk1 screen fits if you use the Mk1 rubber. Hole is the same size, but Mk2 glass is bigger with a narrower rubber.

Thanks for the help guys. I was looking at the fiesta versions but they seem to be 12" wheels, guessing with a fwd offset. Maybe I could chance the Cortina ones and see how it works for the car. Thanks for the offer on the KN Diamonds but I think I've got myself set on the Cortina wheels. If you know anyone going to the gathering, I've an odd one here I can drop with Brian so you can try for size.

No handling issues, not far off XR2 offset. If the wheel bearings are ok, they will last fine. You ran deep-dish 1600E Rostyles on that too, from memory? I did, but they rubbed on the back arches with weight in the back. Thats why you always had shotgun by default lol

They'll fit, but they won't be right. They have the wrong offset for a FWD, and will give you handling issues, & also overload the wheel bearings. No handling issues, not far off XR2 offset. If the wheel bearings are ok, they will last fine.

One of my mates ran them on a Mk1 Fiesta without any issues, and I ran 14" Sierra 2.0iS steels on a Mk3 Escort many moons ago, so can't envisage any problems there..... That was me, I got the idea from Bristol Street Motors who were doing special edition Fiestas and Escorts with them on in the early '80's. Depending on which offset you get, you may need to roll the rear arch lips, especially if you slam it.

Ran the Stag alloys on my MGB tubeless for years, just make sure the bead edge on the rim is smooth. Painting the insides of them will sort out any porosity, just done this on the slot mags on my truck fine.

Another one from Redditch, though I'm having trouble identifying exactly where this is. ![](https://fbcdn-sphotos-c-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-frc3/1000102_193111790851052_103267559_n.jpg) 1971/72, check out that PB Velox/Cresta and the Series 1 Land-Rover!! That my friend is St Georges Road, taken from Other Road before the Ring Road was put in.
