Previous owners: 1 Location: Redditch, Worcestershire Price: £950 AND NO OFFERS Hello, for sale is my dads Rover p4 105R project, lots of work has been carried out on the vehicle but there is a fair amount left to be done. Needs 3-4 holes welding underneath, it has already had one new sill fitted to the drivers side. brake pipe that runs across the axle needs changing, all the other pipes have been done. The car starts and moves, but would advise a full service and change of oils ect. Lights, door handles, bumpers, badges dash ect have all been removed for finishing the body work. There is a lot to go through that has been done and what needs doing so eyes and ears in my opinion is better than a description, so pop on over take a look and i'll get the kettle going. The car is COMPLETE minus rubber seals that obviously would need replacing for the glass ect. All parts was boxed and put aside i do also have some spares and a couple new bits to go with it. in the spares is a Cylinder head and twin carbs which i believe are near to nill to find now. Any questions feel free to ask, but viewing highly recommended so you know what is actually there. Regards James

just had a look and i don't think they came with one. it's in a ford capri. I have booked the car into a rolling road for next month hopefully they can sort it out for me.
but i'll keep this posted about my outcome with the redex as i still yet to blow it out. I was going to spin the engine with the plugs out just incase if it causes damage if it fires up.
Cheers

I never new of any valve on these that do that :s where abouts would i specifically be looking as it has a 32/36 dgav carb on it?
i was also told that as it runs backwards, it can cause damage such as knock a hole in the piston or damage the engine :0
Thanks

Any extra performance is a bonus, so hopefully once they have replied, i can get over there with the car. Just hoping it won't be more than £300.

Hello,
i'm looking at taking my ford capri to hi tech motorsport in kiddiminster, has anyone used them? what would i be expecting to pay on average? anyone here ever had a pinto set up by them?
i have a 2.0 pinto with a 4-2-1 ashley, k&n filter, performance cam but cant remember if it was a race or rally and a vernier. what bhp and torque would i be expecting once set up correctly?
never taken my car to a rolling road before so how long does it take on average for a car to be set up? it runs like a pig and very hard to drive with the engine being all over the place
Many thanks James

Hello,
trying to work out what camshaft is in my 1600 pinto.
markings on the end of the cam shaft is HH z10632 and it's engraved with s2
inbetween lobes 1 and 2 is K355-c
anyone know the cam?
the ports looked a bit oval, but from what i can tell everything else standard. it has a 34 inch carb on it.
Thanks

Hello,
i never normally need help with sills, but this is mind boggling!
I'm in need of a near side inner and outer sill for my 1987 mini mayfair. Now the problem is, i'm seeing so many different sills for sale which are dated as such *1970 on* *1970-1980* *1990 onwards*, also they keep coming up for the outer sills as 4 inch wide and so on upto 9 inch wide. Then the next thing i've also seen for the outer sill is two parts for sale, which is a sill and then a seperate panel that is a floor pan with with outer sill already attached?
I'm seriously confused!
any help on which i would need for my specific mini would be great and also is it one complete outer sill or in two parts?
Thanks James
