I have 195s on 8's, that little stretch that they went straight on the wheels with the normal tyre fitting method, I'd say 205s would be perfectly fine to be honest

I got a 90 Sierra Sapphire for £500, never welded and in a pretty good condition all over really, there are bargains to be had

Had reflective coloured pressed plates on my 1990 Saph for a while, never been pulled with them and they went straight through an MOT with no mention

200sx s13 (ca18det engine) manifold will line up with a pinto port wise, you can buy flanges for pintos off kit car sites, chop off sx flange and weld on pinto one and jobs a goodun if you flip the sx manifold it would give you a nice little top mount too as the exhaust are on opposite sides on a ca18det and a pinto

To be honest it should be fine if they are both jetted and set up the same, guessing with twin 45s on a pinto its gonna have a fairly lairy cam so you won't notice the difference at low revs and at high revs the carbs will be fine

nice one, looking good the two tone paint suits well, i also sorted my Saph roof in a similar fashion, couple of rust holes fixed, rather than try and blend new white into 24 year old white i decided to spray the lot satin black hehe
