I've been insured with Flux a few times, everything has been dandy
Until, 6 months ago someone rolled into me. Its still on going now, they spent the first 4 months passing me around underwriters as they didn't actually have a clue who I was insured with. I curse word you not!

You can get equal length manifolds to get rid of the awful noise they make and gain a few bhp in the process

Still here, still plugging away as and when I get a moment. As nothing whatsoever fits off the shelf I'm having to make or adapt everything and it takes an age All the oil and water lines are now fabricated and fitted. ![](http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h287/2002gimp/20150627_151559_zpsagvkxo7y.jpg) This allowed me to very quickly fire her up (Click on it, go on...) ![](http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h287/2002gimp/th_20150629_181001_zpstb4ghryr.mp4) Then, despite there only being 45 days left till the Gathering, I did gone and pulled the front end off ![](http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h287/2002gimp/20150627_125500_zpsmzgv4bh1.jpg) This allows me to fit my recent purchases of a Honda Civic radiator and a Peugeot, err, 2000ish diesel saloon intercooler to the actual front of the car where they belong. Here they are mocked up, cable tied in place till I can get another moment to work on her and get them mounted. A quick shot of black and they'll hide away inside the grill and she'll be back to being sleeperish ![](http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h287/2002gimp/20150704_203852_zps1yqgf8zn.jpg) (please ignore the fact its all cut about, that was a failed attempt at getting the original intercooler to work and will be fixed :/ )

Oh no, don't get me wrong
They don't handle 'terribly' at all, they just don't live up to the hype that folks bestow on them as they believe because Subaru rallied one (and spent a tens of thousands on the suspension) that their road going one will be the same.
As mentioned they have lots of grip, they just push the front end unless you; for wanting a better phrase, try and get the back end out and drive through it.
I'm also gonna be one of the few that enjoyed owning a non turbo gx so much more than the sti I had.
My mate spent about £2.5k on Tein coilovers, a very subtle drop and a complete setup, corner weighting, all that jazz and it truly turned it into an animal. A much better mod than spunking the same amount on getting a few more hp which unfortunately people think is more worthwhile :/

And of course if you buy one never ever ever take it to scoobyclinic, you'd be better off asking my Mum to look after it

They push in the corners as standard, very under steery (I'm having that as a term!)
I have been in one properly setup with proper suspension and it held like nothing I've been in.
I think because of the pedigree and awd people 'believe' they handle awesome

I've had 2
They don't handle well as standard. At all.
I have nothing more to add...

Having a bit of interest on the whole car via pm, so I'll hang off breaking it for a bit.
As for what I want, make me offers via pm, but note it won't have the wheels on, I want them on my Micra.
If the price is right it may be shod with the mazdaspeed ms-03's I have to make it a roller, but one is buckled (it can be fixed for £60ish)

The whole car is available to purchase as a whole if needs be!
Its been built (not by me) to be drifted as far as I can tell what with the steering mods and the fact the rear arches are cut back with a rivet on arch. It does slide superbly well on closed / non public roads
Located in Derby - Midlands
Always ideal to know that!

All parts available This is an import Eunos, it really only needs the back edge of the cills doing but Ive been given a car and am moving house so its got to go. Has some trick* bits Coilovers, no idea what brand, they could be good, they could be ebay specials, we'll err with them being the latter so no one gets ripped off Roll bar / style bar - This is most certainly a style bar, but, it really does look like a bonnafide roll bar so you get the looks of being safe but the joys of losing your head if you turn it over, all I know is it will be cheaper than a roll bar for you to purchase. Comes with the shelf carpet already cut round the bars. IGNORE THE PAINT AND STICKERS HERE, IT LOOKS LIKE THE BELOW PICS NOW ![http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h287/2002gimp/WP_20140922_001_zpspfqsalim.jpg](http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h287/2002gimp/WP_20140922_001_zpspfqsalim.jpg) MX5PARTS Stainless exhaust This one: ClickyMakes an exhaust type noise louder than the exhaust type noise Mr Mazda intended. Has a decat pipe bolted to it but its handmade, so consider that a freebee, it does make it hella noisy though It has an engine, it pull like a fecking train, it leaks oil from somewhere mind, maybe the CAS, maybe the sump seal, I don't have a clue There's a steering wheel, this is maybe a Chinese one, but it allows the vehicle to be oriented around corners VLSD, locks and makes the car slide Steering has a HUGE amount of lock, I've yet to check wether this is because of mintfab hubs or the mod done to the rack, i'm pretty sure it'll be the rack as the hubs don't look fresh or owt. But hey, its a bolt in drifty mod Like I said, there's all the other bits available... Or the whole car to make it easier. I have been using it daily without issue (there's a knocking bush but other than that) ![http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h287/2002gimp/Mobile%20Uploads/WP_20141124_006%201_zpsf2rppyn0.jpg](http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h287/2002gimp/Mobile%20Uploads/WP_20141124_006%201_zpsf2rppyn0.jpg) ![http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h287/2002gimp/temporary_zpsoegzkngz.jpg](http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h287/2002gimp/temporary_zpsoegzkngz.jpg)

However - they can be just as much fun if you have reasonable expectations. Ah, just the thing I look for when buying a car ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) I have no experience of the MK3, other than it looks shi te, but then I think the mk2 looks shi te as well and folks seems to love them, so I'm prob best ignored...

Insurance threads make me do a funny
Like people expect one company can do it all no matter what car or situation...
Brentacre happen to be awesome to insure my Standard (I mean like really really awesome), yet un-competitive on my Eunos, so I didn't use them for the Eunos, I didn't go on a mini internet rant about how I live in the Bronx and expect to pay £3.72 or how they wouldn't insure my 7 year old sister on her little tikes trike...
Ring them, see what they can do, doesn't work out for you, ring someone else...
Enjoy

Looks spot on
I'd probably lost the 2 smaller benches, don't look good with no overhang and not sure they'd be needed either...
