I have recently moved from England to Germany. In the past I have wanted to buy parts off german Ebay and struggled because they don't generally post to England. I was thinking of maybe collecting parts/getting parts delivered to my address then posting out to people just to help.
I'm only gauging interest at the moment but would anybody be interested in this?
All it would cost you is the price of the part(s) on Ebay and the postage total of postage to my address + postage to yours. I wouldnt be in it to make any money off people or anything like that just to help out.
Let me know

Beers very cheap over here so no worries! I am sending some wheels and some coilovers to my bro back in england in the next couple of weeks as a sort of trial run so I will have a better idea of postage prices etc. I have been told prices around 40 quid so no much difference than posting in england to england.
Oh and a misfits fan too!

i'd be interested in your offer,as i'm always after Manta/irmscher stuff but many German ebayers not keen on overseas postage!
last had some i2800 arches sent over for £12. total
would obviously sort out some sort of payment for you as well.

Good plan. MK1 Golf stuff seems to be charged at a lower rate of Scene Tax in Germany. I've had stuff from there before but ended up paying with Euros in a brown envelope as they don't seem keen on Paypal!

Thats also the other problem german ebayers don't seem keen on paypal so would have to sort something out.
Just a wee update I should be sending out my first parcel at the end of this week (if it arrives with me on time) so should have an idea on cost etc. Any of you know of a good place for arranging couriers online i know of a few but the more the merrier!
Its good to see people interested.

good to know this, as I'm always looking at rims on ebay. Having said that I'm currently skint, but I will come back this way

Hi,
I want to get a lhd steering rack from an Opel vectra A or possibly a kadett, i can find them on german ebay (thanks to babelfish) but have no idea how to contact the sellers or even see if they can ship out of the country?
is this something you could help with? (i wouldn't mind sending you a few quid for the privilege)
