Anyone familiar with tractor pulling will know what can be achieved with diesels, the pro stock boys are putting out from 900 bhp upwards from 3.8 litre deutz fahr engines on stock internals with holset turbos.

The torque output from that must be mighty, nice to see some different thinking going on, I wonder if this is the start of a trend? Going of on a slight tangent, the GM diesel V8s that are found in Suburbans and the like - can you tune those with parts from the normal small/big block GM V8s?

Pro-Touring, not Pro-Street... Somewhere between the two, I'd say...erring towards Pro Street. Those back wheels are way bigger than you'd choose for Pro Touring.
