The wood dash and door trim is unique to the 780, you don't even get that in the 3 litre 760, so although parts of the dashboard are standard a RHD conversion would be pretty difficult, you'd have to make the wood up specially I reckon.

either way you're probably talking a four figure total, they were very rare cars and even more so now, particulalry in Europe because they mainly went to the US.
Edit: Just noticed that site does have a production figure, apparently only 9215 780s were built, between 1986 and 1991, (with a few unsold ones going to America to be sold in 1992-94) over 5600 of them went to the US so it's not surprising that there aren't many in the UK.
