OK, I spent ages writing this all up last night in a "to celebrate the return of the Oldsmobile" kind of way and then the damn computer spat and I lost the lot. So ere we go again and it will be briefer waffle from me, and probably all the better for that...
Roadrunner? GTX?
Nope, neither, seeeedan. This was a David Madders import back a few years, it was originally a straight six manual car and its now a big block auto. I love it. Its twin (in green) is on eBay right now (again with the 6 in it) and I was tempted to sell the Olds and buy that...
Early notches are growing on me.
Kind hearts and Coronets...
This Cougar gets everywhere and looks mean with it.
My fave 'cudas are the A bodies, this flounts the values which put the E body as the most desirable, but meh. A mate of mine says these look like Marinas but he drives a Vectra. Pah. Love the colour, less sold on the splits.
Nice ass.
Even earlier notch. Very straight and tidy
Mo' Do' Chevelle
Two of the tri-Chebbies. Don't worry a '55 will be along in a sec.
Mustang and Datsun camping together
Not sure who was Vette-ing the entries?
Here's the third of the tri-set.
You think you got dish?
Twin turbo Firebird was an impressive machine.
Awesome rolling burnouts
Making lots of smoke...
then poised for launch...
That '55 again. I like.
Fastest sofa of the day. I **love** this big ugly old full size Pontiac and it delivers the goods too. Full velour bench interior is in there still along with the cage etc.
It plain rocks.
Unlike the other white first gen F, this Camaro is all motor.
Goes well
Byeeeeee.....
Impressive rear end. I have cropped a lady to the left out of the photo to be safe making that comment on this shot...
Once considered Grandma-only rides this Bu has beans.
I like.
I remember a '59 much like this from the original Mad Max (which was IIRC just titled "the Road Warrior" originally) anyway, the Chevy came to a sticky end at the hands of the pals of "The Night Rider" so I hope this one survives better...
Feckin awesome car
Fried hides, muchos beans
Beetleon is toast - and its a quick Beetle too.
OK, OK, enough of the '59 already.
Dart looks on from the pairing lanes while the Nova prepares to do its thing.
This is its thing.
Hard as nails.
This '05+ Mustang has "all the aero options available from Ford" according to the announcer
Another late 'Stang
Zeeeeeeeee-twenteeeeee-eight
A good variety of stuff running
Some of which was very quick
This sign concerns me though...
This Chally rocks with spot on stance and nails the vibe. Runs hard too.
SN95 'vert. Girl's car.
Chally again. Its all about rake.
Back in Black.
"Murdered out" or whatever Gen 2 ran well.
I am really starting to want one of these.
This isn't helping.
Not one bit.
Dart hoons with the best of them. Runs 10s IIRC.
Tidy piece as well. Simple set up too.
More 'Maro action
Another Challenger. I like.
Appliance Wire Mags are just the icing on the cake for me.
Please insert your own Vanishing Point reference here.
And here...
Nice clean 1st gen again
Did I mention I am jonesing for the disco era though?
Oh, I did.
Darth Vader could rock this.
Troy Trepanier is building a sick 3rd gen now so they are officially cool again. This one looks just right.
Scooby-dooby-do
Coolest way to tow a caravan
Instant redneck. Just add, erm, nothing.
Tidy pickup was for sale
Contact for those who care
Green Onions seemed a bit stance-enhanced since last I saw it or is that just me?
A little bit Lewis. No Proclaimers on the stereo though.
Sports roof. Nice
Hubba!
Zeeeeeeeee-oh, done that. Clean one. Nice.
Again, I know.
Atmospheric pit shot. Or at least thats the intent.
The Ford Camp. Welsh LTD coupe was for sale last I saw.
I like. Its me.
That yellow Fury is another car that gets about a bit.
Dart? Scamp? Demon?
Protouring Camaro looked well hard
Shame this was on the trailer already.
It fixes itself yah?
With friends like these, a job is done in a third the time, right?
I'm sure this was on eBay
Meh, end on an arty one...
