You don't like the way this forum is run. You have a problem with the content of this thread. You don't like members of this forum taking an active intertesting in making it the best it can be. You don't really contribute that much to this forum apart from moaning and posting negativity. I think it's pretty clear from that that who needs to go "sex and death" and find another forum. yes its quite clear which forum are you going to troll next? AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! ROFLMFAO!. Anyway, I can't find any photos of the suspension, dunno where the build thread would be if there is one. I've worked out the style is called demon camber although I dunno if that's old news.

I wouldn't do it myself but do think it can look good. At the end of the day we all do things to our cars that other people think are stupid because we like them. Paul. p.s. that aint camber horizontal ditch the wheels and go for propelors thats camber.

I was quite enjoying this thread... Anyway, I can't find any photos of the suspension, dunno where the build thread would be if there is one. I've worked out the style is called demon camber although I dunno if that's old news. Indeed, demon camber, oni camber or oni-kyan. All I can find out about the suspension is these: Adjustable suspension arms. Well, duh I guess still getting drive to the wheels is just a case of killing CV joints a lot. EDIT: Actually, I think those arms are for R/C cars. Never mind....

1989 Peugeot 205. You know, the one that was parked in a ditch on the campsite at RRG'17... the glass is always full. but the ratio of air to water may vary.

If you're looking to see this sort of thing in practice (allbeit to a lesser extreme), have a trundle along to a local banger racing meet - plenty of the guys there run extended bottom arms to give serious amounts of camber.
I'm assuming they do it in the quest for more front end bite on the dirt.
As for doing it on a road car; I get the feeling I ought to keep my opinions to myself.

I do actually find this crazy suspension quite interesting though, can we go back to talking about cars pleez? I agree this is very interesting engineering and I am definaltly interested to find out how its been executed. I wonder if there using rubber couplings. The backs would be easier to achieve but a steering front wheel baffles me. Sadly though I get the feeling that this thread is all ready on borrowed time again a shame if it where possible if it where possible to get the thread back on track, which is possibly also highly unlikely given previous posts. It just makes me sad and that is not what this forum is about

So your question is why bother to make a mundane car interesting? I think you may or may not have ENTIRELY missed the point of car modification.. Hey Tri..... I said it was a 'desperate' attempt to make a mundane car exciting. That don't mean to say it was a successful attempt. ;D Haha! Touché Exciting or not, though.. It's certainly sparked debate, which as I believe the creator said - is the point. ...yes yes, I know pictures of cars to keep it on track bla bla bla...

vip, yip or panchetta or whatever your username is this week - you need to calm down, stop posting these dirge threads, stop sucking up to hotwire and 'the other mods" and go away and start your own forum, the members of this forum don't need you to be an unofficial moderator, and constantly telling other members what they should think, and when they should comment or not comment on something. They aren;t sucking up to me, they are trying to get the forum back to how it used to be before people like you came along and polluted it. So please... do us all a favour and leave,.. start up your own forum that is everything that RR isn't, narrow minded, highly inflamatory, not family friendly and all the other good stuff you clearly desire. Take Amazo with you. You make me not look forward to visiting my own forum and it makes me sad.

I have a live rear axle, am I right in thinking this makes camber impossible to get on the of my Laurel? Pretty much. Ive looked into it and the only way is to get your axle bent (I think NASCAR do it). Its pretty permanent.

i wondered what was wrong with this forum.... i couldnt put my finger on it before now but i think its why i don't post on here very often. but despite all the cool cars and the skills of some people on here are really amazing. but it is a really boring forum tbh. this "if you don't like something don't post" is the most stupid rule ever. peoples diffence of opinion and freedom of speech is what makes a community a community. you read different threads, people say how great this and that is..... different people tho on different threads. kinda like everyone forcibly likes everything. its like being in a room full of fake smiles. its dull!!!!!

Driveshafts made completly from cv's?!?! Lol
guessing 3 cv's per driveshaft with the driveshafts cut in half and a cv half way along with the inner half of the drive shaft supported on a bearing??? So the driveshaft curves upwards?? Poss lower the diff??
