I was going to get a set of steels banded for my 106, but I've seen a load of cheap 15x8s on Summit racing, it correct PCD and offset, for $47 a piece. I get paid in dollars too, so this makes it even cheaper. But, summit racing want $379 to ship them over, which is insane. I've got family in the USA that won't mind relaying them on through another courier. Anyone had anything like a set of steels shipped from the USA? Or know of a decent US vendor that won't mind shipping stuff over? Or even a UK supplier of Basset Racing / BART racing wheels? That's the kind of thing I'm after.

Find someone who is getting a car shipped over? I've seen those types of wheels in european shops, they're around 100€ a piece, so with cheap shipping importing would really be worth it.

After investigation, the Cragars are only in 5 stud. Bummer . I sell wheels, Cobblers. Happy to ship them to UK or your relatives. Norm Ah. Handy. Could you give me with a rough price on a set of anything like the above wheels? I know BART and Basset racing do them in my PCD, you might know of others? I just want a wide steelie that has vent holes, nothing too fancy. 15x9 ideally, but I'll settle on an 8 if required. 4x108/4x4.25", and about 3.75" backspace on a 9, maybe 4.25" on an 8" to fill the arches. Shipped to the UK if possible. I don't need them for a while and nothing is set in stone, so don't go out of your way, but I'd rather put my cash your way and have someone I can contact

The Summit overseas postage is a joke, always used to get the parts sent to a mate in the US for literallly nothing, he would then take the box down to the post office and then send them to me. If it goes USPS then your not automatically charged for import and duty when it lands (although the Royal Fail are saying they will be starting to charge for this). Never got hit with duty on the times I did it. Might also be worth looking at JEGS as well.
