Right, most of you have seen the whirlwind that has been me looking for, finding, and expecting a nice reliable daily. Found this for a steal over in the FS board and jumped on it like a fly round fresh poop. Today, the mission was Operation Interesting Daily...... Money? Check! Ride up to Buckinghamshire? Check! A broken satnav cable, buying a map, getting lost, a few quid and a test drive later and I'm on the way home: With the missus in tow: 60 miles later, with a short stop to McCrap for some nasty food and its home... say hello to project "CubeOfPoo" (cheers speedman ): There's a LOT of beige in this! Got plenty of japanese all over it: Used about £7.50 of petrol on the 65 mile trip home so pretty good on fuel. Nice quiet, refined, smooth ride....pretty much what you'd expect from a Japanese commuter-mobile. Now...what to do to it LOL

What an awesome bundle of beige and plaid - WIN! I think the rear indicators tinted red would be a nice touch. volvo544special65 - it's a Nissan Rasheen! JDM only, as far as I know.

Love it, and just noticed the nice touch with the speakers in the top of the tailgate as well. I was tempted to go for this myself instead of the Mira, but I'm not sure how I'd cope with that much beige everyday

As I mentioned before...........more drop and Ronal Teddy bears =WIN!
Id be inclined to do something with the headlights too as they just don't look right imho
I love these and would seriously consider one as a work barge......how small exactly is it? Ive never seen one in the flesh...I'm kinda thinking E30 touring size?

Gotta admit I was tempted myself... That's crying out for a drop, some Borbet's, plenty of National Trust stickers, and a brown vinyl roof

I must say when i saw this in the for sale thread i was unconvinced especially at the front styling. However the interior is smart and that steering wheel is awesome!! Looks like a bargain. Still looks like the headlights are on the wrong way round though

Glad you are happy John. Remember my PM Now , why don't you park the C*O*P in front of the Figaro, head on, and take a photo, so that we can all get an idea of size and perspective ? Right, Next on the agenda. Remember not everything needs to be done in one day. Beige and brown I have Googled " beige and brown two tone paint" and come up with the following.... Remember, not everything needs to be done in a day, maybe someone can help you do a real pro job at the Area52 playday for body and paint..... I am sure there will be one. Take your time to decide the lines etc, if you do want to two tone it, because it does suit two tone paint. Now think about Fablon vs Two tone. Fablon: Two tone (With different front grilles) And the last one, in case I need to get out of here.... ;D OK, Now I am spent. Great Purchase John.

Personally I'm liking the brown roof/wheels idea over side panels. How about spraying the chrome around the front lights black? They look a little out of place with the rest of the exterior being chrome free, and it would help reduce the emphasis on their weird shape.
It's a cool little car though, the boxy Japanese styling works really well when they don't make the car taller than it is long/wide.
