hi, just got a new hack to ferry the kids about in, dunno wether to do anything to it or just leave as is an use , and find another project usually i end up stipping the paint off in a checker pattern...with good and bad results, re 'tyre track' renner ;D so anyway, open to suggestions, so far just debadged in a jokey fashion ( see pics) .... debadged....but left on what most ppl say when i tell em i got a volvo ;D ;D ;D

I've noticed more of an interest in Volvos generally. I seem to see quite a few young people beating around in old 700/900 series models. I personally am on my third, having always had one since I was 18. As a daily driver I can't fault them as they never seem to break, making having an unreliable second car a viable option

lord13: yea them are awesome... I have owned them 4 the past 3 years and boy there is nothing better that I have driven, I got a Saab daily hack but still prefer my tank to that.
you’re lucky you have the 4X100 stud pattern this gives a wide choice of wheels hmmm all them dished wheels, what are your plans?
paradox: Yea I thought it was only me, I’m glad people have started realising the potential of these awesome cars, hopefully aftermarket traders will realise the market and start making components we can use.
Compared to 3 years ago I have realised that there is a greater variety here in the UK now I had plenty of problems finding things for my Volvo

I love the one above!! In fact I have a real soft spot for the 400 series of volvo's. Is much in the way of aftermarket suspension etc available on the continent.

Had a 480 Turbo a few years ago, great cars and lot of fun! 4x100 stud pattern so the world is your wheel oyster! VW, Vauxhall, BMW, Renault and some Japanese stuff too.
Get down the breakers, get some random OE rims, paint them in a mega bright colour and with some chopped spring it'll look mental ;D
