MOD IT!!! Keep it subtle tho, nice wheels and lowered a good bit. it can always be put back to standard then if ever you want to sell it on.

Argh, it's my old cars evil, MK4 twin! I'd say mod it, but just keep all you take off and make sure it's nothing that can't be undone. By all means, sell it and let the next owner show it...but have some beigey fun with it first! Chris

I like that as it is! Thats just my opinion. Infact if i owned it. I'd be tempted to get a period Caravan and go touring in it!
Very nice!

Had the same sinario with an Imp I was tempted with , 1963 and totally untouched , decided against getting , however as others have said if any mods are reversable and original bits kept then its not really a problem just a bit more of the cars history

I would def keep it. Must be nice to own a rare example in great original condition. With regard to mods, personally I would make it into a Ghia spec estate as I like top end models but I would use original Ford parts. Subtle lowering would be OK with me, but I wouldn't go too far!

Leave it as is. It is really not an anonymous vehicle right now... You can never blend in in a beige estate with brown vinyl roof.

Its a win win situation, I like it totally LOM/Ashes to Ashes/Boys From The Blackstuff/Only Fools and Horses/Minder Prop car/timewarp, and great as it is on its standard, not sports spec steel wheels and wobbly tall suspension. having seen what dale has posted up, i would not be able to help myself creating that beige beauty on Allycats, predictable OSF move but it looks smart!
For novelty, go standard, to change it and be in with the kids lower and alloys, i reckon full on mods would spoil it but its up to you.

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts
