Maybe we should drag the concept in to the 21st century and start building them out of old missile casings? Assuming the yanks haven't used them all up on fake terrorists and threats on thier oil national security lol!!! Excellent idea! (really don't wanna be the first to search "ex-missile..." on ebay though!) Any pics of these motors with lights and a number plate...?

Somebody get a pic of the Mooneyes bellytank - that is a thing of beauty....bright yellow with the black stripe and the rows of exhausts poking out down its back

... the only injury I sustained was a bumped head when I let the seatbelt of without realizing the car was upside down and that's not really the car's fault.

Have a look around on... www.saltflats.com/index.htmlwww.scta-bni.org/They've usually got pics tucked away all over the place. The drop tanks they used were originally from P38's but as these became harder to find they switched over to the tanks from Phantom F4's. There is now a guy in the U.S that's making repro fibreglass tanks. How about a wooden buck for the frame and making the body out of scrap steel or alloy?
