Kinda Purchased this on a whim. My mate was gunna scrap it.....seemed a shame since it has Mot and Tax! Bought as a R-R 08 ride so we're in something retro(ish). Drive home has shown brakes are erm interesting. But it runs sweet as a nut and only has 49k on the clock!! Plans are to get the brakes fixed and then who knows......but -90mm is almost definite ;D Few crappy pics: Overall I'm most pleased!

Nice one mate.
Hope you keep it fairly simple on the mods..... it looks a good one.

Mud flaps are going but I think we'll be keeping the "coach trim". I'll check which dealer its from. Only mods planned so far are a healthy slam. And prolly some wheels.

Don't ditch the wheels, I think those 'Hockenheim' rims are pretty cool!
What's it like rot-wise? Looks tidy enough in the pictures.

Bit round the front of the wings and the strip under the lights but apart from that all looks sound as a pound. My old one, which I'm fancying making this one look similar to, but tidier: Lord I loved that car!!

HK's are the early ones aren't they? This'll be an MH?? Yes, I only noticed the rego after my post...woops. I've got an MH in my mk2 golf, goes pretty good also... If you use the Polo GT cam and an electric fuel pump ( no fuel pump lobe on those due to FI ) really wakes them up apprently.. and the inlet manifold that matches the size of the cylinder head helps too.
