Very nice. I've always had a soft spot for the MK1 Clio.

Nice! I like these (& the Williams jobbies). Thought about owning one once, but found them mega-cramped. And it's not even like I'm very tall or wide.

Haha small world thats my mate Sam's old car he had it as the same time as I had mine. Wasn't a bad car from what I remember. It had a new engine a year or two ago as he forgot to check the oil on the old one, it ran low and went bang. Was never as quick as mine, and the clutch was always really high on the biting point. We gave it plenty of stick tho on middle of the night jaunts and it never let us down.
Just go steady with the gears, if you powershift or anything silly like that they'll eat gearboxes for breakfast.

The rear arches on it are really good. Its gunna get a good tidy up and some mechanical work. lowriderlorel Thanks. TBH 90's Hatches are my 1st love. Its from growing up around my cousin and his mates and reading Revs and Max Power in the late 90's early Noughties.

Nowt wrong with that, lad. The late eighties and early nineties was pretty much the 'concorde moment' for driver's cars.

The RSI was a 1.8 8 valve, that one is a 1.8 16v, and then the Williams is 2.0 16v. They're cracking cars though, the handling is amazing.

Plans are quite limited tbh. Tidy the bodywork, change the interior, get mechanically perfect, possibly change the wheels and enjoy it...got no plans of selling it really.

That's a nice car - always remember the Clio Williams (and the fact that Renault did 2 or 3 Williams versions, despite promising just to do one 'limited' production run- ended up in a court case I think)
Whats wrong with the interior - generally knackered or wrong colour/style?

Ex GF drove daddies Williams - I used to rag the nutz off it, was immense. It still never really flicked the switch though ) - I can't get over the 'too modern' looks. That's just me liking mobile bricks though - so what do I know ;D
