It needs a front wing drivers side as rusty. A black leather interior or Black Gti interior and a good clean oh hitting with the lowering stick and some 4 bolt alloys. Also needs a Vr6 chin spoiler. It was cheap and cheerfull and found locally. Doing 60 miles a for work so needed the diesel. Went to the volksworld show today got some cool stickers for it so more to follow when parts offered or found. Marcus. 18th April Golf now sporting Gti headlights, VR6 Chin spoiler, Clear side repeaters and Gti clear fronts and Gti seats and door cards in the courier system!!!! and lay flat wipers.

Good one, I like the fact its a later one, with the lozenge-shaped side repeaters and colour-coded bumpers as opposed to the povo spec grey/black grainy effect, also it has the G60-look steels so its bound to be a winner! Well done fella though not sure i qualifies for retro though?

Firmly Retro if given the right treatment.
I have to admit that I have a bit of a hankering for one of these...

Top grammar tips! Bought = purchased. Brought = relocated Lose = misplace/opposite of win. Loose = your mum

ive been thinking about these, i decided that the hatchback is more my cup of tea tho.
theyve got bags of potential, ive never seen one modded either, i know they're a bit common in the dub world now but i really think a vento front end on these would make a huge improvement in looks.
is it a 90bhp tdi or the 75bhp td?? lots of tuning potential either way, ive been told there isnt much difference between the 2 once youve done the usual engine mods. (i presume that would mean turboing the td aswell tho)
looks forward to seeing this evolve
