Cheers! That dent is a pain in the ass, one day I'll pay to get it fixed but I have no idea how to go about it myself. It is behind all the catch mechanism stuff so can't just knock it out from behind Talking of asses, that is actually where it is from, everyone loves to sit on my bonnet and it's slowly got a pair of butt cheek dents either side of the middle bonnet crease! haha

Recently put in a 2 litre pinto from a 1600 and it just has the standard weber carb with a k&n and ashley manifold and exhaust.

I'd imagine it wouldn't be too hard to get one from here sent over, I got mine from RallyDesign, they would probably send one.

This is the first time I've really looked at a Capri properly for ages (aided by the excellent pics) and I had forgotten what a great looking car they are. And yours looks great, and like froggyclement says uncluttered looks even better.

I totally saw your car in Sainsbury's car park today.
True story.
Oh yeah, and I thought the new wheels looked really good. That was the point of the story.

1989 Peugeot 205. You know, the one that was parked in a ditch on the campsite at RRG'17... the glass is always full. but the ratio of air to water may vary.

Liking this a lot! I liked the red oxide too!! The wheels really work. I sometimes think that more modern alloys on a capri do not, but these certainly do!! Top work!!!

It is!
Nothing has changed though, money is all going on life, the only money being spent on it is to fix things that break.
