wow, John, those wheels look very nice! I liked them when i first saw them (that's why i bought them ), but seeing them on a car for the first time... nice! almost feel bad that i've sold them to you! Nice work on the car too, it looked a lot different when i saw it for the first (and last ) time! hope you can fix the problems with the theft and i can see this beaty irl in 2 weeks!

Not much of an update - but small steps n all that..... So - after a day and a half of Police/Consulate activity I've got nowhere fast.... have to go to Dusseldorf to try n get passport in time for RR. What hadn't occurred to me - is I can't get over next week to get it MoT'd - so cancelled that.......... On another note - 4th wheel valve sorted and car now on it's own rubber. Rolled it out of the garage for the first time in 2+yrs! Left pics at home - later. Underneath pretty much finished with stone chip etc.... and various small bits attended to. Not really a good day after all the cr*p. Onwards n upwards - got extra bonus 'feeling sorry for him at the moment' hours garage time over the coming weekend Pics asap.......

Well - as most pf you know - I got there, German passport office were brilliant and bailed me out (at a cost - but the weekend was well worth every cent) Mojo restored BIG style courtesy of fantastic people, cars and all round great time...... I headed into the garage with a shedload more plans. First off - Brucey bonus suggests you should go lower - and who am i to argue - so a little choppage later....... (please excuse the bad lighting, I'll get better ones asap) space and light constraints meant I couldn't get a proper shot of the rear end..... but a little bit o' camber has been added and I'm OK with it as it is (for now ) and I cracked on with the interior - god bless the sales This lot brushed up OK and the carpets came cheap as chips (a LOT of chips, but you get my drift) Only the back seat to go in once cleaned (actually once found! I've moved twice since taking it apart so have no clue which stairs it's stashed under : Not much to see - but I'm a happier bunny and it's almost ready for start up. Battery in boot etc... but no pics yet. Thanks for stopping by. John

I've seen a bunch of people overhauling a complete wreck in 60 minutes on TV, so why can't I do it in 3 weeks?
