Hi there, I'm Dennis from the Netherlands. Been reading along quite some time now, but it's time to introduce myself. This is my daily driver. Toyots Celica AA63. It's engine is pretty a stock 4a-ge. Only a high flow Green airfilter and a ugly muffler are there to be a upgrade. The filter because the filter that was on it when I bought the car was curse word and the exhaust because the one that was mounted when I bought it was one to suit a 2.0 carb engine. The suspension is upgraded with Koni yellow and ae86 loweringsprings at the front. yes, the OEM LSD is still working

I've seen a bunch of people overhauling a complete wreck in 60 minutes on TV, so why can't I do it in 3 weeks?

You mean you love the way Dennis uses his cars... Well, don't think the cars love it as much ;-)
Shame he didn't list all cars he's destructed in the last year :-)

What's the difference between this & the Celica Supra, just the front end? Was this like a pre-facelift version or something? Much rarer it seems to me!

this is the Celica-Supra. Note the other front. The Supra always had a straight 6 engine in front. This is the Facelift Celica front This is the pre-facelift Celica front. This is de Celica coupe rear.

Shame he didn't list all cars he's destructed in the last year :-) only my RA63 Celica i4.photobucket.com/albums/y102/dennismo/curse word/celicrash005d.jpg[/IMG] i4.photobucket.com/albums/y102/dennismo/curse word/celicrash006d.jpg[/IMG] Finally I got the Whiteline Loweringsprings! After 6 months waiting. I'm in doubt wheter they will lower the car. They are huge!! Upcoming weekend we'll place the springs. Let's hope for the best. (that's low) A picture of the car at this moment.

holy curse word, this topic is almost dead! My car isn't! The whiteline springs were made for a airplane, they jacked up my car with 3cm's! So I chopped 3 coils off en they were good to go. ;D Got some better wheels and that's about it for the big update. And I drove about a zillion km's with it. Now the plan is to remove the rust (it's still a toyota), strip it, cage it and paint it. retrorides.proboards86.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=general&thread=55214

We are writing down: Saturday 25th of July. In 2 weeks and 4 days this has to be on it's way to the RR gathering, repainted and all. Why do I have to start far too late with these kind of jobs?
