The tb's are awesome, Themanifold was made by lumenition as a one off, to my knowledge this is the only tu 1360 ax running tb's in the country. I know what you mean about the mods mate, if you mean the eye brows they were on the car when I bought it, just havent got round to taking them off. Got the dat off ebay last week, I'm well pleased with it!

WOW nice combination. Really loving the AX whats the specs on it? Has it had a 4 stud conversion? What kind of power is the 1.4 engine running. MORE PICS!!!

nahif you look at the last pic pretty sure thats a 3 stud! think compotmotive are undrilled so when you order them they drill it to your specific stud pattern.. that could be totaly curse word as halfrauds told me that.

OOH yah I see what you mean. Still looks awesome!! How hard is it to convert to 4 stud? Is it possible to use Peugeot 106 Struts/hubs and rear axle?

my g/f's 106 is a 3 stud and i was told the only way to do it is swap over hubs from a 4 studded car. that or find somebody to do a custom adapter :/

AX: Do a 4 stud conversion, with disc brakes and get some rallye white steelies. If you're lucky look for an AX Forte. They had 3 stud steel wheels not unlike the rallyes so keep an eye open for those. I found a set for my ex's 106 and transformed the look fo the car. Datsun: Its a while since I've re-re-re-posted this image of my car, so I'll peddle it out again... ;D

Thanks for your comments guys! I cheated on teh AX a bit....It belonged to a guy called Nick Trott who built it up as a staff car in Max Power magazine years ago and documented its build every month. it was locked in a garage for 2 years and me and my brother saw it on ebay, flew up to see it and bought it there and then. The spec is as follows :
Engine: Owen developments stage 2 head Kent fast road cam with vernier pulley Janspeed manifold Mongoose stainless steal exhaust system Lumention 40mm throttle bodies and engine management pipercross socks.
Suspension & brakes Spax gas adjustable shocks all round. Fully poly bushed Omp lower strut Brace Tar ox 40g discs and fast road pads Aeroquip braided brake lines.
Interior. Sparco star seats luke 4 point harnesses auto gauge tach, oil pressue, oil temp, water temp gauges. Snap off steering wheel boss. Momo gear knob. carbon fibre door panels.
Wheels & tyres. Comp TH 6x15" 3 stud rims with 194 45 15 bfg rubber.
Bodywork. Deguttered. Despoilered. Smoothed delocked hatch with integral brake light. Moulded in naca vent in bonnet. Moulded in front and rear arches. Xenon Hi Intensity fog lamps. Custom front and rear bumpers, Custom Blue metallic paint with a gold pearl flip.
That about covers it all I think!!The car was mapped by Owen years ago just to get it driveable and get it to the paint shop,It was dynoed at 117bhp at the time but I will be having it all remapped soon as I am 100% certain that this spec should make at least 140bhp. Still you would be shocked at just how well this goes even at that power. Its straight forward converting the car to 4 stud using saxo/106 struts and rear beams. Me and my bro was going to do this in the future but its looking like we have to sell. This really is the perfect track day car. Throw a cage in it and have some fun is what we bought it for!
My datsun isnt going anywhere!! The plan is to do something very period with it, taking influences from the retro ford, euro, bososuku and drift scene mixing it up and seeing what I get. It was quite a find, got it from a guy in yarmouth who pulled it out of a garage. It belonged to an old ladies husband who passed away and it had sat for years. Full service history,46k all mots etc !All it needed was a tiny bit of welding on sills and it went through its mot and he taxed it up for me as well. To say I am pleased with it is an understatement! I'm loving it.It wouldnt pull you out of bed but it runs like clockwork! I'm looking forward to getting involved with this car soon. hopefully all you guys can help and spin off some good ideas!. ;D

Take one perfectly good FC3s Throw in a little 310 in the mix and hopefully we end up with a rather rapid beasty!!! The plan is to strip down the FC (starting this weekend),keep what I need, sell what I don't,then engine out of 310 and see how I'm gonna get the 13b in there!!! This is my first big project and I'm going to do as much as is possible by myself and with help from my car mad mates! .I'm hoping someone on here will know how to best tackle the engine mounting issue! I cant wait to get started...not enough good 310s around imo,so I'm going to make sure that mine ends up wicked!
