Anyway, dads rod went for the MOT and he decided I could have the garage for now as he doesnt use the car he's usually too busy. Dads car 5 window 32 Big Block 390ci My car In the garage Back end dismantled Front end in bits Windows out Should come out looking something like this The bugs only got a 1300cc at the moment but I'm putting something bigger in at some point down the line if I keep it long enough.

More info needed! is it metal and filler or all fiberglass? I really like the shape you have molded that into!

Terra root its mostly fibreglass except the doors, rear and front valances and the bottom half of the body is. I bought the car as it is really I havent done much to it yet.
Dunno who edited the title but its a 1973 beetle and its a wizard kit thats on it if you wanna correct it at some point ;D

Dunno who edited the title but its a 1973 beetle and its a wizard kit thats on it if you wanna correct it at some point ;D That was me...I just guessed the year, and it's a Wizard kit based loosely on a 1941 Willys. If I put Wizard then people would have assumed it was just a Wizard cabrio. You can edit your own title (by clicking 'modify' in your initial post) if you like, but I'd say that 'Willys' is a more relevant and explanatory title than 'Wizard' would be. It's you r car though! ;D

Wauw! That is one nice "Bug".
Is it a finished kit for the Bug or is it homemade?
Regarding colours. Leave it as it is. Paint the doors to though! Maybe som bad-ass pinstriping, crome peep-mirros, crome exhaust. That would make a killer Car!

Its a kit that you just put together your self. Ive seen an advert for one that says its a 12 hr kit, but I doubt it considering the doors are chopped both ways.
Dunno what engine will be going in. Ive thought about a mazda rotary or a scooby engine. The mazda would be less work to get it to fit but I don't know enough about it all or have access to stuff like welders and the car is in a garge with no power.
It will be getting a new exhaust. Dunno which yet, but gonna get a stinger I can swap to if I feel like it ;D If I don't do the stripes down the car then it will get pinstriped or something as it'd look too plain on its own.
Have also found some LED teardrop lights for the rear. Thinking of something a bit different for the front lights, just havent thought about it yet
