A Mercedes Cosworth. ;D Finally got one. Saw it at 2am last night, thought nah I cant, saw its in srrey, still thought, nah, I cant. Looked at the number plate, it only had my initals on it!!!! Couldnt believe it, so I bought it...      Little rough round the edges, but for the money I got it at, really cant complain! |

Looks good in the pics, has a fair amount of rust though and needs a bit of tidying up, but s'all good, just deciding what to do with it.
Does sound proper nice ;D
Polo is quicker though.
Guz, got any pics of these wheels?

its not a polo! wow that is an impulsive buy but its gotta be done. I also did 230 mile for something i did not expect to find last night, but compared o a cosworth its quite insignificant!  |

Hes got a beaut this time, i went over with him and his dad to pick it up, and his dad was keener than HE was to get it! Its a bit rough round the edges like he said but for what the bloke was asking for it he cant complain, add to that the fact that he managed to jew it up proper stylee he got a propa bargain! Youd never guess the mileage its done, no rattles or squeeks, just the odd knock from the susspension as you would expect. I recon he should track day it or drift it, hes already getting the hang of it lol This car was meant to be his, the connections are mind boggling and almost endless!!!
I went out in the polo nutbag for the first time yesterday. Box-of-frogs-nutter-b'stard. Thats all.

Guz, what size are the wheels?
Mercs are 5x112 PCD.

Hehe, went to drop the new wheels for the polo off to the wheel refurbers, quick blat to guildfor n back. Left a nice 11 at the lights near the texaco.
