Fantastic demolishing and fabricating skills, love it! I'd love to have a dedicated offroader like that, looks like heaps of fun!

Fantastic. Anyone who laughs at these cars is a fool. They are incredible off road and even better with a lift kit and some chunky rubber.
Made the mistake of following one in my Trooper when I was playing in a quarry. I got stuck and he didn't!

I used to go on the Suzuki Storm site when I had my SJ413 but last time I went on, it was more Vitara orientated. I'll post a couple of pics of my old one up when I get home. Oh.... and a rather awesome American orange one which you might like to see

Yeah the orange american one is special!! My mate had a samurai sj413!! Was awesome fun off road. Left land rovers behind in the quarry because of its light weight. Brilliant fun just dunno if i could take one evryday but you don't have to

Gotta say, for the price of a dinner for two and couple of bottles of Chateau Headache, that has to be the purpose oriented bargain of the week/month/year. Well done to you for sleuthing abbilities, and your missus's skill at viewing marraige as a partnership of giving and taking........ she gave£100, you took the challenge and won.

Thats nice, both yours and the orange one!
the problem is with the Orange one is its retained very little of the original car, its all spaceframed and 4 linked! It falls foul of my 'cheap' budget rules

I'd just like to say I love my tube bender, if you don't have one, buy one! or make friends with a plumber! i'll call him out again when its time for the rapid cage! does that cage of yours go down the a-pillars too?

Nah, i'm just having the rear loop internally, there'll be a full Exo-Cage in 44.6mm tube going around the back and all around the front. You've got to remember if she does end up on her roof it will only be at 5mph in mud, so there's no need to be overkill...
Its nowhere near finished yet, i need to get some box section to go from the chassis to the floor its welded to, otherwise the floor would just fold making the cage pretty useless!
