Reminds me of my past projects, In (boring) wisdom I'd say use it for parts and make ya money back, use the engine in summat else or a standard 9. my over adventurous side says, get that bad boy patched up, and you have a mean rare fast motor to bomb about in. you've always got some moral support here, which helps.  |

I'm actually in a way better mood now. Thank you peeps.
Me and my brother went out. I finished servicing it and he whipped the carb off I then Whipped the fuel pump off. As Mr. Cocacola said it makes a huge difference having somebody to work along with.
Next month is gunna see the purchase of a MIG welder. I know some people who will give me a hand learning how to weld.
Reanimation can you give your boring side a ood kicking!! This will not be broken for spares. I bought it to try and boost my Skill and confidence levels and it will see the road!!

My time wasted years and money on a shagged rotted XR2 got me that wisdom. The MR2 was easy compared, still crazy enough to resurect that tho. You have raised the bar now Qwert, we all expect to see action now with fighting talk like that!!

Fighting spirit thats whats needed! Get a welder and get welding. Ive just started my own teach myself session! I'm MOT standard now at least! LOL Id wish Id had the motivation to learn when I had my firenza instead of giving it away  So fix that sucker!  |

Slight update.
Finally my Carb and Fuel Pump turned up yesterday.......
As did my new MIG welder!!!!
Sip Migmate 130 Turbo!!
Sohopefully the project should progress a bit quicker now.
However my daily saxo's gearbox and Clutch BOTH packed up yesterday night so money may be a bit tight.
