Having sold the GTI and an Old 306 we had, my Girlfriend needed a daily driver... So we did the most sane thing in the world... decided to get her first beetle back on the road... it's a 1971 1200 model, that has stood around in her garden/garage since coming off the road 8 years ago... About 2 years ago it looked like this...

Looks similar to what I'm doing mate,but being done about a million times quicker! lol It's nice to see stuff like this though to keep myself motivated (at the moment I'm only working on the car on my dinnertime as it's kept in a shed at work) Keep up the great photos as its inspiring me to get on with things

aha ! about to do all this ( AGAIN ! ) myself, made a start by tidying the garage today.
