Hi all, Just picked up my new toy... its going to be my daily driver while I carry on tinkering with the Vic! (See my other post on the 69' Victor Estate) I fancied something a little more comfy for longer trips - This certainly fits the bill! I get the feeling I'm going to know the Petrol station attendants on a first name basis soon enough though! Anyway, here's the pics... (Sorry they're not that great - the light was'nt on my side!!) it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

Look at that interior!
Good cars for no money? Depreciation is our friend.

YOW!
We don't see enough Jags on here. I loves them. Nothing like the 'waft' you get rolling round in one. Plus its always a laugh smoking boy racers away form the light ;D
These deserve more than to slowly fade away as pub-landlord chariots!!

Come on then, what's happening with the wagon?!
Jag looks tidy. A guy who works at the resto shop where I part-timed picked up a similar slightly older one for a couple of hundred quid. They are serious bargains for luxo cruising!

Ummm, not sure - it gives your passengers something to play with once the novelty of the door mounted ashtray covers has worn off (which takes a while)
Seth, I've got a SBC to go in the Vic at some point - but I've not grown the balls to do it yet - so I'll probably just sort the bodywork this winter - I think it needs a bit more of a personal touch TBH.

Now thats what I'm talking about! ;D
Had a series 1 jobbie myself back in the day. Awesome luxury cars for curse word all money. Jsut a shame they have such a penchant for petrol!
Sounds like you may be fairly local to me, I'm in Sawley.
