	Daily user of mine for a while - this is it 2 years ago: This is what happened to it: It sat here like this for 2 months waiting to be scrapped - didnt think i`d be able to get that A-pillar fixed. don't really know what started the chain of events that led to it being fixed, but its nearly there now - you cant really tell due to the rubbishy dark pic but the A-pillar has been straightened professionally - shame about the Blue one that donated the bits really it was gorgeous but it had been t-boned. Shall I just leave it like this?

	I would say get it sprayed all one colour and put some extra pics of it up as well. Looks as if its been well repaired.

	Thanks, it was well repaired, I made sure the a-pillar could be made straight and keep its strength before embarking on the cars rebirth. I was only joking really about leaving it like that, I`m just loathed to paint over that lovely blue, but I cant justify paying for it all to be made that colour, so its gone down to the painters and they're just going to do the wing (drivers side that you cant see) and bonnet the original grey metallic. When it comes back I`ll matt black both bumpers and do one or two other bits of cosmetic, then there will be some pics! Theres another deeply moving tale in this for anyone who likes J cars - I bought an mot failure k-reg 323 that was on its way to the weigh in station to use as a donor before I found the Blue one in a scrapyard, but it was so solid and drove so well I MOT`d it and polished it up and it has now found a new home. The wheels on the grey one are still in primer - any suggestions on colour?
