hi all this is my daily driver its got a 1300 a series and is pretty much standard also ive got a 1.8 tc coupe so far its got solid rack mounts a ported head and a electronic dizzy from a fiesta fitted oh and a electric fuel pump, looking for a mgb tubular manifold next and ive got to paint it, also in the pipeline is another marina coupe with a 2.0 turbo t series lump on a lt77 5speed box and mgb back axle ill add some pics later

yea they are rare there was a article in the paper the other day i have a confession or obsession i have more though 1 more coupe two saloons and a van and a camper or remains of one at the mo

heres a pic of the turbo project still got to get some of the parts though got a nice front bumper, havent decided what to do with the rear yet also got the engine from a 820 turbo vitesse, sherper lt77 box and mgb back axle, nice seats from the 820 also just got to sort out the engine mounts, need some from a 1.7 or 2.0 marina and things will start taking shape

Marina Koop's are KOOL. I'll take mine in TC form, pref. finished in 'black tulip'. Just like my Grandad owned from 72-85

soz keep forgetting to hit the refresh button ill get it soon the front bumper is off a jag kit, xjs race replica possibly the front wheel is a standard tc one just the previous owner painted them black

No offence intended and I'm happy to be proved wrong,but I don't think that bumper will do it any favours. Might be worth a photoshop session to see how it looks maybe?

Agree with daverapid, purleez don't but that monstrosity on the front of that car. Find a nice skip to put it in. Surely the sleeper look is what's needed here? A saxo/106/corsa killer in the making? Good luck with that front suspension tho. Sorry if I sound opinionated. But I am.

I'm not 100% i like it either but the shells a rough one, i cant bring my self to cut up a minter and the front valence is non existent with metro indicator/side lamp units bodged in! the valence is not avalible as a repair panel any more, ive seen one on ebay went for 60 quid without p&p. looks like I'm fabricating one
