never let it be said, I don't buy good condition and well looked after cars, the smack on the back left near the lights, is where the previous owner, watched initial D got hyper and then slapped it into some armco on the nanty garth road in north wales, the black duct tape on the front wing, is actually holding the battery down, the black duct tape on the rear wings, is covering the crappy mess that was originally the rear arches, need to be rusttreated welded and some tabs tacked on somehow so I can reattach the wide arches at the rear again, I need to get some of the proper wheels for it as opposed to those crappy things that are on it. work to do, find an airfilter for it, weld up rear ARB mount, fix the rear boot pockets, stop it burning oil, fix clutch slave cylinder, fix the speedo. change timing belt..and probably some other things, sorry for the pictures my friend took them on his camera phone in the twilight after going for a bit of a blast about the local area.

yeh if i wanted a monster power car i think 2jzgte is the answer to that problem, but I'm a bit of an N/A purist, and i don't want to turn car into another engine swap type project.
i wouldnt be that envious of it. its not exactly in peak condition as you probably guessed from the photos hehe

excellent....
Surely this supra is ripe for the 'drift slag' look pioneered by the RX-7 with the octopus on the bonnet?

well it is a drift slag already, trying to work out what "Look" i want to go for with it, so far ive settled with any old look as long as it goes.haha. think I'm going to keep it white for the meantime, paint the widearches black, get some proper wheels on and have them black...and that it for now...

Update: Being the perfectionist sorta guy that i am, i got bored of the sh*tty white and rubbish wheels yes grey primer MMMmmmM, looks good from a distance but not close up as i havent quite finished getting it right and going around the edges neatly, but £4's and a brush its not too bad so far. i have a lovely woodgrain effect in the paint from the brush bristles though, so i think i might sand it abit and roller or spray a fine "topcoat" of primer back on. hoping to get up to teeside on the 15th july (eek) eurodrift round 5, that means though finding time to sort out why i cant keep any water in the car, mount my fire extinguisher, find some wheel nuts to fit my rubbish 15" s13 wheels and generally make it handle slightly less curse word, so that i stand some reasonable chance of not embarassing myself in competition. in other news, i think the interior is going to be slightly 70's muscle car-esque. which will be a task as the car came standard witha state of the art lawnmower man/1980's digital-ness to it all. but i want vinyl black bucket seat and analogue guages. i have also fitted some of the correct wheels, look much nicer, and an omp steering wheel. much better for drifting as the standard item is like a bus wheel.

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

Meeaaan. Drift pig style. Love it, keep it up, and more tyre-smoking sideways shots are definitely in order. I reckon A6 Celica Supra's are gonna be the next AE86......
