Saw Tavarish doing a video on it, and thought i would have a look at it, and also share it here. Since i know you guys just love seeing old cars Sadly, the auction is over, but atleast you can see how much money you saved by missing out. Since 1967, Rudi Klein, a renowned figure in the world of collecting, had quietly amassed a remarkable collection of automotive treasures in a modest junkyard in Southern Los Angeles.rmsothebys.com/auctions/rk24/And link to the lot rmsothebys.com/auctions/rk24/lots/#?SortBy=Value&page=1&pageSize=40I would say, favorite part, so far is the tail lights on the 1935 Mercedes-Benz 500 K

Saw the Magnus Walker walkaround at this yard,it's a reminder that some of the most desirable cars now were once regarded as little more than scrap.

It's interesting to see such exotica in that state but I imagine the auction results will be massive!

It was amazing to see it actually happen - it's been offered for sale then pulled countless times over the last twenty years or so. Looked like there were some bargains in amongst the insanity. 10M for a non-running gullwing was mental!

I think there are definitely a few "recreations" that are going to get some legit vin numbers out of piles of bent metal from this sale.
Wonder what the re-registration process is like in the states.

Don't think I've ever seen this NSU concept before, it's great I'd love this Iso Grifo though, maybe just push the door dent out a bit, but leave it looking rough and ready, then fully go through the mechanicals with a screamer of a small block...

I really enjoyed watching this lot, I really hope who ever bought the red Miura with the huge wheels keeps them on there and widens the body. Screw resale value, those wheels were worth the price of admission. ALL the MEAT
