I have purchased an Electric bicycle which I plan on using when it's not raining, freezing or too windy 😇
I have a 14 km drive to work, in my car it's about a 20-25 minute drive depending on traffic and lights.
On the ebike it's about 35 minutes. If the wind is crazy, the electric part helps and it's only 10 minutes more, so a 45 minute drive.
I've been told by a seasoned biker, that on a normal bike, when riding a storm, it's about double the time. So I'm happe with my 10 minutes extra. Although a part of me was hoping the engine was strong enough to not even notice the wind 🤣
It also helps with a bit of excersize on the drive, believe it or not, even modded I still get windy, and I'm in a pretty good shape already 😮
