	hopefully the photo shows.... if it does I’ll carry on this should show my bmw e30 318 is... I think these are great...and have potential for more... if I actually finish it, it would be even better, Rust pics on way and it ain’t gonna be a fast thread...

	The lovely ness of old cars... rust! This is the mess of the inner rear arches / sill ends, thankfully no bodging present (heard awful stories of some having chavvy owners recommending expanding foam and such other horrors so it’s just as you see it rotten holes... Trying out posting to get some mojo going as it’s been a few years since I’ve bothered to do anything with it (work, family life got in the way really so I locked it away for a bit..) I’m going to have a fairly important birthday this year so what better time to make a go... help hints and reply’s welcome.. it will live again..

	Does clean up ok, it was pink when bought, I’m no detailer, never used a clay bar or owt, this is just hot water soap and turtle wax colour magic... works well for me. Back to the rust, panels are getting hard to find for the back end, currently the exhaust, prop and tank is out to find the end of the rot and it just seems to be fairly localised and tame compared to some threads on here. Panel hunting has begun...

	E30 prices are going crazy over here, especially for the lower-volume variants. If the trend follows suit over your way then this one is well worth preserving! Have a look at this member's posts for inspiration. tonybmw
