Professionally restored/reconditioned late (better) type Renault F7R 714.
Block fully bare metalled, all rust removed and neutralised. Given several coats of Etch and Zinc Primer then Gloss Black.
Plateau honed (standard size)
Decked to clear
Crank cleaned and polished (standard size)
Pistons Cleaned
Rods cleaned and re-sized. New bolts fitted.
NOS Genuine Renault Oil Pump & Chain
Front cover and Sump blasted, thoroughly cleaned and painted.
High Quality Parts used are:-
Mahle Piston Rings
King Main Bearings
King Big End Bearings
Elring Front Crank Seal
Victor Reinz Rear Crank Seal
Victor Reinz Sump Gasket
OE Renault Oil Pump & Chain
New core plugs will be fitted before sale (waiting for them to turn up)
Absolutely immaculate condition, above and beyond anything that a normal recondition would allow with regards appearance. Would be a superb addition to a restored car.
I have got most of the other external parts that were removed (alternator bracket, oil cooler, bottom timing cover etc) I will clean them up and they can be included with the sale.
I do not have a cylinder head for this engine. However full reconditioning of your cylinder head to match can be arranged, or your own engine can be restored to this standard.
I'm asking £900 ONO.
Collection from East Leeds or I can put it on a pallet for courier collection.
