Can't believe no-one has shared one of these yet: By Jefff88 at English Wikipedia - Transferred from en.wikipedia to Commons by Liftarn using CommonsHelper., Public Domain, commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=11938699I had a 16i-16 as my second car - it was fantastic. Comfy, quick, revs to 7000 rpm, does 40mpg, looks good, what's not to like? There are some tastefully modded ones around, but the only pictures I could find quickly are not to my taste! I also had a 16i-16 as my second car in the late 90's. Silver with no rust but sadly no online pics of it. Always fancied a Celestial Blue VTEC but think I've missed the boat on that now. One of my all-time favourite cars I've owned. AL.

So nice to see an FTO done well So many rough or OTT bodykitted examples out there, to see a simple, clean FTO is really refreshing

I don't know if it truly counts as "coupé" but seems as good an excuse as any to share a pic of my old '96 Corolla Sportif (named Yoshi ) who I really regret selling as he was such a fun drive. Pictured here with a definite coupé, namely an Audi GT which belongs to my father.

Surprised and scared the curse word out of anyone who went in it

J coupes how we love them. The engines, the boxy looks, the available upgrades. id love to own a Starion and R30/31 Skyline still Here are a few i have owned So i can conclude that i seem to have a slight addiction to JDM coupes That was alot of cool content! If you do want an R30, I do know of one. an RS, which is becoming an RS Turbo .

I'll always be fond of the simple angular lines of 1st generation RX7, combined with the unique rotary "brap"...

Equally though I did love the roller skate-esque style of the CRX....here in the form of an ex-CRX Challenge/Super Coupe Cup car... Always fancied the Starion at the time and remember the Group A rally version...

Some lovely cars on this thread. Here's mine: Always liked the Colt Galant GTO as well, friend of my brother had one back in the late 70s early 80s.

It would appear that the Japanese coupe is a rare beast these days in modern format. I have been looking at these thinking there is some real potential as they look so very CRX: This is one of the few modern coupes that has an obvious nod of the head to the old model. And yes, I realise it's modern but it's one of the very few moderns I like the look of. Wonder what could be done to tweak it performance-wise? The owner has obviously nailed the paint job ;->
