Whats the deal with the Daphine in front of the axle? Was in a garage for 30 years , I gave it to a friend who didn't have a project , so he would have something to build , was going on a bug pan , then he sold it the other day and kept all the money

got some work done on the rear bag mounts bit of CAD to plan it all out , bit of water jet cutting I drilled all the rivets out holding the original cross member in , and welded in some 10mm plate to reinforce it for the middles 4 link mounts , I have now tacked in the mounts and will take it back out and finish weld it then put it back on , so i don't have to weld it all upside down , both sides now in and some box section for the upper mount that needs some finishing touches , just ordered a T-piece so i can put both bags up'n'down to test the rear movement , So not long and should be able to see if it all works , then just to take it all off and finish weld it all and give it a coat of paint , then the front lol . the list is getting shorter though

Been watching this from the start, I'm curious as to how you are going to plumb the bags, I ask because I have been asked to look at my mates bagged van, which has developed a lean when up at pressure

Atmo V8 Power . No slicks , No gas + No bits missing . Doing it in style. Austin A35van, very different------- but still doing it in style, going to be a funmoble

I already have the tank but unsure whether to use a converted aircon pump or twin 12v air ride compressors, hope that helps

Thanks for the pics, I have my ideas on how to rectify the problem, I may do away with the spool valves, as I believe one is lazy, and not giving enough flow to pump up the "lazy"bag before the pressure switch shuts the system down, I think the valves will be swapped out for very basic solenoid valves, 2 for up, controlled by a pressure switch, and 2 for down dumping via silencers

Been welding up the rear and changed out the test brackets for some nice 6mm ones with a few more holes for some adjustability , and strengthened up the cross member with some 10mm plate , still got some more gussets to put in to Now time for the front, I did mock up a top arm last year , so worked out some brackets and tacked them on to get some extra measurements and stuff, Arm is to long for now, so needs a bit of shortening, say 25mm out , easy as its only tacked together , wheels already have a nice tuck and don't seem to catch the chassis or the wing with room for a but more drop to , may be able to use the Iveco bottom arm but need to check the length when the top is the right , still need to work out top shock mount and bag etc etc , cant wait till the front goes up n down to

Like the progress and the proper engineering going into this. Going to be awesome, can't wait to see it see it low front high back to see how much rake you can get with a bed on to emphasize it. Have a sneaky feeling it would rock the gasser look too ! One question will the temp bed clear the back wheels at low ? James

James thanks for the kind words dudes, Want to try and make some arches for the back , I could mount them to the axle so they don't move or the bed so when it's slammed it will tuck nice but will have more clearance when the bags are pumped up, saw some cool pics that a bloke had made some the other day , will try and find them , here's a ruff sketch i did the other day for the bed . this has pick up rear arches on though
