They are different to the standart 7" headlights you can get cheap....the bulb is another typ,too. So,a rechrome will be 120 euro for the set...., Hope it comes out good... Greet

	Hi! Some more things done. Put together the rear axle... New brakes! Got the engine out of the storage on the crane....time for cleaning and some new seals. Lots of dirt to remove.. Have to change the dynamo for a Bosch alternator.This will need some mods to the bracket/pulley Greet

Surprisingly well!For a car that came on sale in 1948(!) ..... Ok,it's not very fast,but on the motorway 60 mp/h are ok...and you can even go to 70 if you want for overtaking. Brakes are well,too Suspension is very soft and there are no stabilisators,so in corners it's a little bit scary Good on fuel...only 9,5 0n 100km The pick-up is a little bit shorter geared,so i think it's not as fast as my Commerciale. But at least it's fun to drive! Greet

	Guten Abend! Start to clean the engine.... Removed the oilpan.... Inside the oilpan....it's always a good idea to have a look inside! A lot of sludge to remove... Greet

	Hi! The old wireing harness is too far gone....the isolating is brittle and there is no way to get a new one for a pick-up version of 1952! So:Make a new one myself! Pinned the old one on a wooden board and make a new one Never done befor...it's a little bit tricky.... Greet

	Tach! Got back the reworked carb! New chrome-plated throttle shaft! And...some ugly work is waiting....the fuel tank.Full of rust and very,very old fuel.Smells like nothing else.... This is what i can get out with shaking.... The sender unit....seized..... Puhh....

	I've cleaned a moped tank with vinegar recently, though cheap coke might be better. Just left it in there for three weeks. Not tried it yet though. Where abouts are you? I´m in Germany now, near Mainz. Don't suppose we're neighbours?
