	Had this 9 year's now, substantially different to when I bought it Owned this for about 6 months, bought standard and did up over time but it was on the road 5 days before I decided I preferred my 3 door, put back standard and sold.

	Shortest was about 20minutes...was buying a Daimler DS420 hearse from scrap yard in Pyewipe near Grimsby...office was little drive away. Paid for it(£350 I recall!!), drove rode to load it onto the transporter to discover that earlier that morning they'd gas axed the entire front axle. Gutted doesn't come close...so back round to the office, a few choice words to get my money back!!

	Toyota aristo reached 10yrs last month Mazda 3 sport owned for 2 weeks then put up for sale, It was for sale longer than I drove it.

	A lot of cars have passed through my hands over the years some are keepers and some I just don't like of can't justify the cost Longest my mini clubmam turbo quick car and bags of fun Had it 22 years "it was off the road for the last 8" but I'd still have it if I hadn't of been made redundant Following closely behind would be my XJ12 which I've owned for aprox 16 years and my e34 M5 that I've had for around 15 (still have both) Shortest would be one of many Things like focus st170 = it just bored me BMW e91 330d sport touring = couldn't warrant the money it was supposed to replace my e36 328i sport touring but I didn't think it was any better but it cost 5 times more (I still have the e36) Clio 197 = again bought as an everyday car but couldn't warrant the money All of these would have only been taxed for 6 months and then sold on

	Longest... my Suzuki sj which has changed a lot since I first got it, and now looks like this... coming up for 5 years The shortest was the mk3 vr6 I bought to break a few weeks ago, it was bought, broken and scrapped within 7-10 days

	Sorry, no pics that are digital. Longest, my old 64 LHD Volvo 122S Estate, bought for £100 in March of 1982, sold for £1000 in September 2011, brought both my kids home from the hospital (1 is now 33, the other 30) took all the abuse I could dish out and came back for more! Biggest mistake I ever made was selling it, but I was skint. Shortest was an 02 Picasso 1600 petrol. Bought off my father in law about 10am, drove home, washed it and it was sold and gone by 5pm the same day! Steve

	Longest was my Dolphin Grey E30 - 2yrs before it got written off. (Very similar to one below except I had the very 1st set of OZ Volcano's imported into the uk on it - wheels cost me £1500 back in 2001 Shortest was a 06 Fiesta that I bought silly cheap to punt on. 2 days on ebay and I made £1100 profit!

	Longest is tied at 9 years, 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 sold in 2011 and a 1984 Rabbit GTI (2004-2013) Shortest is an 88 M5 that I picked up in Jersey and sold to a guy who chased me down at a rest area on the interstate home, 4 hours of ownership.

	Longest is a mini that I have had since December 23rd 1991. Shortest is a Nova SR that I took in Px knowing I knew someone that was after one. About 20 mins and a 2 mile drive.
