Had a trip down memory lane last weekend I’m went back to my old workplace from 33 years ago Tyreservices Great Britain in Bexleyheath that firm is sadly long gone I also went to the house where I grew up Great memories The tyre place was great I used have my mk1 escorts in them days And my mates all came in on a late Saturday afternoon so I could fit second hand tyres on for Saturday nights fun I just wish I had pictures of some of my cars outside the premises So I took the opportunity of getting the van pic  |

So kind of with a heavy hearts George and myself have decided it’s the time to part company with the van
Many good times had but three years and we’ve had our fun
But we both agreed it will only go for the price we’ve set
Otherwise she stays, the ownership has always been 50/50 between us so half the sale price each
For George it’ll be money towards a new daily……me well I have many Boxes to tick so I’ll be after something retro to play with if the van sells
If not more bits will be played with over the winter

So the van is now with its new owner End of an era for me and my lad the joint build was great fun And I thank all my pals for the help along the way It’s time for someone else to enjoy it And me to find something to play with !  |
