Great stuff, the thing I miss most about my dad not being around anymore is not being able to build cars with him so hold on to the happy memories These words I keep going back to, so far we’ve enjoyed every minute, even the spanner’s thrown moments The lad makes me proud every time we spend time working on the cars together, looking forward to next years shows and meets The spanner moments show passion. I miss the days with my dad in the garage, or at shows, or buying the next car, so seeing this story of you and George evolving feels quite relatable. I'm so glad i had all that time to share with him and was so lucky to have something to focus on instead of trying to focus on the bottom of the next bottle of white lightning. |

Love the colour, I used to have a great bright green car it got nicknamed the flying bogey Here it is at a halloween cruise in birmingham and yes it was a genuine rs turbo  Looking forward to more updates |

^^^^^^ thank you that is it well explained It’s loud for sure, it’s a mk6 my boy grew up With the wife’s mk6 Si , so he loves them Like I love 70s fords...thanks for the words much appreciated I grew up in houses full of second hand b&h smoke, and every car was a Rover from 87-96. I now smoke and love Rovers. I sense your kids interests are healthier all round. |

Harnesses are a complete pain tbh
George has seen them in many cars at shows this year
I had them back in the day in my mk1 escorts and cortinas
But wouldn’t of had them personally...but I won on the colour so had to give in on them

Unfortunately it’ll be soft for a little while yet, so he’s right  Years ago I dropped a ratchet on a mates freshly painted front wing..... I’m sure there will come a time we can laugh about it, but it’s been 29 years and it’s still too soon! Looking good, great work |
