dammit I know the exact photo you mean and the story but i've spent the best part of an hour searching and found nothing!!! grrrrrrrrrrrr DITTO - great photo, impossible to find I spend a fair bit of time on the Canal Du Midi - dumped cars are a very common find. Its not that deep in place so its not unsual for the barge to hit submerged cars. Usualy they are stolen, sometimes just dumped rather than scrapped. Not a canal, but is that a DS? Cant find this picture you mention though.

Loving the pot-plant action! Is that a vain attempt to make an Allegro look like an intentional garden feature?

Been searching this thread for ages, does anyone know which page(s) the cars lined up for sale at the closed garage are on? The garage looked like it had closed and been mothballed for 10+ years, would love to find the page again and find out the story of what actually happened. The couple of the cars for sale were a Metro and Cavalier, G reg ish I think.....

Loving the pot-plant action! Is that a vain attempt to make an Allegro look like an intentional garden feature? I think so yes, I believe they want to create a rockery type effect. Maybe the correct term would be"Allegroey"

Extremely rusty and presumably quite rare Skoda, rotted T reg Datsun 120Y estate, and two Ladas, all in one driveway in Canvey Island, Essex. Bloke wouldn't even come to the door, wife says none are for sale. DVLA check shows 120Y as last taxed 1987. Bet that skoda has some handy bits for someone

Hi, long time lurker here. Just signed up largely to post the following pictures. I probably wont be posting again as I'm not really a forum person, absolutely no offense intended as I thinking this is a cracking forum. Anyway, I work at the Nottingham City Hospital. A very old part of the hospital is due to be demolished in the next few days, part of which is half (well a quarter of a bus really) The part of the hospital being demolished was once used as a recuperation center for servicemen who were incapacitated in the war (I believe this is WW1 but I could be wrong) To ensure those men who were missing limbs could use public transport the 'bit of a bus' was installed so they could practice!! Anyway, here's the pictures, the 'bit of a bus' wont be there for much longer so I thought I'd share. Mods - if this is considered off topic feel free to delete safe in the knowledge I wont be annoyed

Alright? Made a few phone calls today as the exhaust on the Viva is showing it's age. Surprise surprise no one can get one BUT one guy knew of these 2 which could be broke. Result! Even though the exhausts weren't much better. Also had this 2002 put to one side. Don't look to be going far.
