Anyway back to the BNMAC stand - did everyone like that it was the only sign where the explanation was clearly there for all to see? YES! I meant to say about that. Nice touch. I presume you must havehad the responsibility for pumping out the club stand signs then bstardchild ? Good work... whoever it was. Yeah that’s something I get involved in ever year - I don’t make them a local sign man does but I felt for the first event the BNMAC needed explaining Regarding - “Who is the new emporer then?” There can be only one - you are stuck with it fella it’s a position for life |

I tip my hat to you Mr. bstardchild this photo sequence nearly broke the steam-powered internet at the Volcano Lair. I swear I saw coffee coming out of Rob's nose. It sums up the whole raison d'etre, nay zeitgeist of the (B)NMAC. The misty bucolic landscape, the loneliness of the long-distance stand walker, the ironically situated two cars (one at Goodwood and the other in Malate), the wonderful sign, the sheer despair of it all. Ingmar Bergmann would have been proud. |

I don't know... I'm not organising my own ruddy wake as well. You decide what you want there.
I'm not troubled by the Ides of May because it is actually a misinterpretation the Ides of March, when that Caeser geezer popped his clogs, and that month has long passed.
I'm a shining example of an inner city comprehensive education I is.

Does anyone have any thoughts on AVOs vs Protechs? Price isn't really a differentiator here. I can get either for the same price. Most people sing Protech's praises based at least partly on their reasonable price.
I currently have ancient Gaz adjustables that I wouldn't risk adjusting, and I feel more than ever that the front springs are not actually correct for the car. So I'm treating myself to new shocks and springs as my next little improvement.... plus fitting the various new bushes I've had waiting in a bag for the last year.

Anyway avoiding the subject of Leader/Emperator replacement (Not gonna happen) fr€$h&m1nt¥ truck and the Frankenhealey Monster plus half of Lauren's 2CV (does she have a log on for here?)  Some Dubs ada7 and luckyseven and dex66  Mrs gewy MX5 and the "satin" SLK next to georgeb "Range Rover" - That thing seems to be in every picture  I never saw a Matt Black Reliant with a goaty beard on the stand - assume he left early or arrived late (Privilege of Rank I guess) This concludes my photos of the BNMAC stand |

Next year I reckon we should produce some merch. I think these^ would make great car air fresheners. We could get them printed and die-cut and strung with string to hang on the rear view mirror but ours, uniquely, will smell of nothing at all. Cellophane pack could say "Contents smell of cardboard"  |
