Think that gets you in to the paddock on Saturday and the club name one is for Sunday. Us, the people into the paddock... or our cars into the paddock? I don't think I'd have the audacity to wheel my old clunker into the hallowed Goodwood paddock but I'm interested to know (if you happen to know). |

I don't think I'd have the audacity to wheel my old clunker into the hallowed Goodwood paddock but I'm interested to know (if you happen to know). The way i understand it the 'Saturday' pass is to take your car into the paddock on Saturday. There is limited space in there so couldn't just let everyone pile in. I guess of you don't have one you have to park in the campsite all day or if your coming for the day a carpark with all the modern stuff?? This is what i have surmised anyway! |

I think for me the question of the Saturday tickets is...
How many cars can we get in the paddocks, and how many Saturday tickets have been sent?
If there are a thousand Saturday tickets and only 100 spaces it could be a bit of a bun fight. I for one don't feel my car is even remotely paddocky and it would be a crying shame if I happened to get there early and then something genuinely interesting and nicely presented couldn't get in. But... I do have a Saturday ticket. So I'm torn as to what to do about that.
Maybe there could be some advice about RR's ambitions/hopes for the paddock that can help people decide whether or not they should aim for the paddocks on Saturday morning.

There are 350-ish display places on the Saturday, and I've sent (am sending) out about 350-ish display passes for the Saturday.
The Paddocks are for the Street Machine, Special Saloon and Lowrider displays (as well as cars going on track).
There will be no fight for room, we're not just entirely making it up as we go along.
Sunday we have much more room as we can park down the track, space for about 1,200 cars across the whole venue.

Guys I know you are up to your armpits in it - but I've looked & looked again and I cant find any timetable for Sunday - what time would you like us there for ? - I am on the receiving end of hassle from the 3 other cars & their owners that are going on club stands and they want to plan their journeys / schedule / meet up points & times - Many thanks Chris
